help on the openbox messed up my motor

hello all i dont seem to be able to move my dish anymore on both of my new openbox what am i doing wrong it is doing my head in help cheers all lee. i looked at my dish and there is no light on no green light as normal. what have i done help please lee

dont know your boxes mate but if no light on motor it means no power getting to it check for either loose connections or short circuit( caused by screening strands touching the central wire usually).
