hi peeps, having trouble locating the new sky italia calcio hd channels. scanned the new frequency but spiderbox 7000hd is not picking them up. can anyone help me? signal is spot on, please help

still can not get them channels, doing a factory reset then rescan. dont know why i cant pick them up, any ideas?Comment

factory reset, then new scan. it sorted it out. new channels seen. just got to scan all the other birds again. nice fresh list. thanksComment
