can anyone help me out struggled getting tring on eutelsat 16e tweaked my dish got it back now i have lost my al jazeera sport on hotbird 13e it says scrambled channels i assume it must be the dish again can anyone give me any free to air channels on the al jazeera freq so i can make sure its not the card cheers

PICKED THE NEWS UP BUT STILL SCRAMBLED CHANNELS CONFUSED IF I CAN PICK NEWS UP SHOULD I GET THE SPORT. CARD DOESNT RUN OUT TILL AUG AND ON THE VIACCESS IT WAS WORKING FINE TILL I ADJUSTED DISH A OR IS THIS NOT A DISH PROBLEM BECAUSE I PICK UP OTHER AL JAZEERA FREEVIEWS ANY IDEAS WOULD BE APPRECIATED

might sound stupid but is there anyway to check on the expiry date on the al jazeera card to see if that has anything to do with it grasping at straws now cheers any help would be grateful after that i would have to look at the c.i. module

ermmmmm im not too sure how aljaz works mate personally what i would do is check my emails and stuff to see when my card was despatched to me

from what you say its a card problem not dish set up

just found a site that will update the aljazeera card for 0.99p within 24 hours if this works fine if not only lost 0.99p but that eliminates another problem from my point of view. the site in case anybody needs to update there card is falconsat.co.uk cheers
