i got a question regarding the Satellite frequencies thinghy. When i enter TP freq/Symbol rate,modulation manually, sometime quality of signal goes to zero,what does this means? i cant get the channels on that freq?? where as my quality of signal is 80% normally

all it means is that either the transponder is not active or you cannot receive it for some other reason.outside foot print,dish too small,dish not 100% aligned etc:
