    no viewing card

    hi all
my daughter has finaly moved into a flat but it has no aerial or virmin although there is a sly dish and iv'e scrounged a old sly box but it has no viewing card.
i did a search on flea bay and found this Sky Freeview / Sky Freesat No viewing card required on eBay (end time 26-Feb-11 15:17:58 GMT)
the box she has is the same model i would like to know if anybody knows how to get freeview without a viewing card.
it would be nice if i could get this going so she dont keep coming to my house to watch tv .

The card and box come as a pair or marriage as others have put it, if you buy a card of ebay for the box that u have im unsure you will get the freeview/freesat channels still.
Please note you will need a white viewing card as the blue ones are been switched off permantely so you still wont get all free channels.

why not spend ?50 -?60 and buy dreambox 500s, in future she will be able to get extra channels with one little "magic file"
