get a motorised dish, 80cm should be enough

get a sat box, options are:

plug and play: spiderbox sd (?120ish), spiderbox hd ?150-?190

cheap option: dreambox 500s (?50 - ?60) (bit more technichal though)

spiderbox comes with pre-loaded channels and you should be able to watch most football matches on there.

dreambox requires you to purchase a c:line and pay a subscription for it eg ?15 a month

You will struggle to watch rangers full stop on a regular basis on any satellite receiver.
Most games when available are on setanta africa Not available in UK and OSN 7w which requires a massive dish in Scotland.
Ma Chaine Sport on 19.2e french audio shows games, and available on spiderbox.
There are no channels that show all Rangers games.
