Viasat HD channels 4.8e

Hi every one
I need your advice please, the Friday before last I moved the dish to 4.8e and had no trouble watching the Visat channels] but on the Saturday afternoon I moved the dish back for the football for my husband, and I could here the commentary but couldn?t see the football match.

if its any help i dont get the viasat hd channels i get all others but not hd im gessing hd requires diff footprint

I take it you have a card or other means?
Otherwise it was on freeview for the day.

Whats it in stb? cam?

its because of my dish its not quite big enough and my postioning mate,i have the entitlements and can get every other channel just cant clear hd nottoo fussed tho as viasats sd is spotless

I used to get HD feed fine, not no more cause I'm currently only picking up 13, 16 and 19.2E due to problems, But that's a different story, But I wouldn't be too worried, although viasat HD has a sparkling picture, Viasat SD is really good picture, especially when you put it up against tring !
