As junger says you need a 3D TV, and the glasses you need will depend on the system the TV uses, either active shutter glasses or passive (polarised) glasses

What a poor leap for man kind this has been, HD ? What a idea utterly brilliant and would be lost without it, 3d ? Not for me, Why would I want to go to the shop, Buy a 3d TV and some glasses, Sit in my living room with big glasses on looking like a complete fool for the satisfaction of seeing a ball flying towards me, Just another way to get alot of money out of us, Well I tell you what people who buy this, More fool you guys !

                Regards, Ellis.

All technology is the same, the first version of it is always the worst, For instance the iPad, The iPad 2 is now on its way with a camera etc and more features, its ridiculous.

I have 3d and for me and my family we love watching Films and Docs in 3D for people who like gadgets its a nice one to have also the LG TV which i have is led and the pic quality is second to none, if people are comparing the 3d to the 3d you get in the pubs for football it is totally different, I also watch golf in 3D amazing and football class also, You will be able to buy 3D tv soon and you wont need the glasses, But the test are only working on small tv i think they have not been able to put the tec in to any tvs over 22" which nowadays are no good for living room viewing!! all i can say is if you havent experience the full capablitys of a 3d tv then your veiws are hampered a bit. everyones entitled to there own views on not buying on to much money or not wanting to sit waring glasses but untill you have experienced the full capablitys of the 3D world you views on the quality is ill founded.

Your missing the point of 3D in it's current incarnation.

It isn't a cheap trick where things are jumping out the screen all the time, like the 3D of old (though it can be used in that way) It's about adding depth to the picture, so objects in the foreground appear more 3 dimensional and objects in the distance/back ground flatten out/become 2 dimensional - Which is nearer to how we see in the real world...

only jealous people say bad things about 3d,

                              its awesome

as for 3d without glasses, you have to site directly in front of the tv for it to work, so any angle wont do it
