How to get ID file for protek 9600IP

Some people mentioned that I need an ID File to get the protek 9600IP working again with sports channel (as my protek is two years old).
Can somebody let me know where to get such ID from? How much does it cost?

have a read of the threads in this section and you will find the info you need, as for were to get one then a search on google should get what you need. regards mdt
