sat scan

hi i have scanned automatically on 28.2e sat with my 9000hd box it has a s2 tuner installed it picks up most of the channels but not all of them i scanned with the setting of dvb-s tuner for this
also how do i pick the hd channels up as this requires scanning with the s2
