Help my please for protek 9760 hd....

I have buy for some days, a proteak 9760 hd, the seller my to install the firmware 1.17 with in the low corner has right Boris T.Je am made to be me on the site of proteak, and the new version of the firmware v2.01, and since this bet is to install has day, me Boris T is not any more who apparait in the bottom, and therefore opens me no more chaines. The East it possible to recover it on this site thank you in advance for your help. Otherwise, me must leave again at the seller's or I have buy the receiver, and it is not very close to to me.
