easiest way is to use PC Editor and a USB cable ( printer type ) you can get PC editor in the downloads section in PC section or in the IPbox tools thread in IPbox section.

You can start with flashing the latest AB image also on here, then choose what image you want to use and flash that, i recommend the latest Cli one or NLB one. also these are available on here.
