Need help with my HDTVHD cable box

Hi my HDTVHD box is currently not working and this is my first time so i need all the help i can get

HDTVHD box is not working in uk and i want to know do i need to update software or somthing (please send me a link)

also how do i get this software on to the HDTVHD box since there is no usb port or some thin (need more info step by step)
