Which USB Stick

I have an old ipbox 9000 HD / Cuberevo

Been Reading all threads etc managed to get e2 loaded the new AAF Dont cry image using a swap partition on the internal HDD, now whats actually driving me mad is the USB stick, I have tried several from sony down to micro sd cards in adapters

PLEASE can someone recommend a brand / type of usb stick that is compatible with the box ( never have i had such a fussy box )

Im not prepared to go buying willy nilly more usb sticks i have several coming out my ears without adding more that refuse to work ::

i have btw tried all the safe format progs from hp etc etc even tried to prepare partitions using Linux but to no avail

so in aid to keep what hair i have left your help / advice would be much appreciated.

i cant believe having 50+ hits on this thread no one can suggest a suitable usb stick

i have a verbatim 2 gig working ok
