First Flash Attempt

Hi
am just going to attempt my first flash of the cuberevo with: nlb svn9207 v1.31.

Can I use a usb pen ( how would I do i? t) or do I have to connect with usb cable & flash tools?

Also is it possible to flash using ftp?

Please any advice will be most welcome

Ok have flashed it now one little point in the manual it says

press the power buttton & the right arrow

I found that just pressing the power button while switching on at the back got the

USB Upgrade

yep mine does that way too just switch on at the back and keep power button in to get usb upgrade.
