protek 9600

hi friends mr newbie here,have protek 9600 have network cable from pc to router then a network cable from router to std, have local area network on and internet on,but only get a blank screen on scrambled channels where am i going wrong, would be obliged for any help live in the ashford middlesex area many thanks bandstand

Have you typed 8888 to switch on emu?? Have you the latest software and key from the site?

hi mooley my protek box is new and patched to recieve channels but does not pick up server have not typed in 8888 do ido this when on ip address page many thanks bandstand.
