Blade Mag250 Connection Problem error?

Hi Folks
I am running a Mag250 that my service had expired (was Currently working great without any problems) I have since renewed with another portal but when I am watching channels I get a square box at the top of the screen saying Connection Problem? the picture then still works but goes a little choppy? nothing has changed in regards to the setup except the new portal added? I removed the old one and just added this new one?

do I need to do anything else?

sounds like an external 'Portal' problem if you know what i mean and so to stay within forum guidelines i would suggest you contact them

Thank you, this is exactly what I thought I will see if I can a new one sent out, its baffling me to say the least...
