IPBox 910HD help

Hello all. I'am new at this site. After reading on site for 3 hours now and got alote of information I still have some problems I need your help on.

I have a IPBox 910HD and need some help.

1. My sub's dose not work on all channels
2. All my HD channels lag/freezh after 20-60sec

What software ware is the best for this box.
ATM. i'am useing NLB 10513.

and final. what cam is the best for this box. CCcam og MGcam or a other cam?

today i did go some versions back on the NLB software and now my sub are ok. But my HD channels are still lagging.

I have a status bar where it says Q and L from 0-100%
When i'am on a SD channel its on 100% on both Q and L
But when i'am on HD channel its on 100% in Q but L go from 100-30% all the ime. can that have something to do whit the HD frezh/lagging

PLASE help me out here.

by the way. When is was testing today I did unplug the HDD so that was not the one giveing me problems today.
