IPTV narrator

Guys quick question

I have a great IPTV sub on my firestick and I am really happy with it. Only issue is some movie CHS have that really annoying narrator who describes everything going on!! Grrrrr I rem having the same issue when on the open box and cannot for the life of me remember how I switched it off. Any ideas how to do this through the firestick, it's not the firestick narrator rather the actual individual channel

It sounds as if you have "Audio Description" selected, I don't have a firestick so search in the menus and turn it off.

I am afraid your only solution is to contact whomever your so called channels come from as it is up to them.
