Dont got for a fast SATA HDD get SATA 1.0 , go for a 5400rpm one and not a 7200rpm one

its the same way as you install E2 to a usb stick, more or less

    from dgs based image

    ftp image to /media

    in telnet

    cd /media
tar xvzf "imagename.tar.gz" without the "

    wait untill image stops unpacking

    then

    sync
    sync

now look for a multiboot config and flash over the top of DGS based

press and hold the relevent key to load from HDD, normally "6 "

        from nlb image..

ftp to /media and ftp you e2.tar.gz image into there.

now in putty or other telnet programme.

        login
        name = root
        password - relook
        then
        cd /media
tar xvzf "image" you ftp`d to the media folder, example tar xvzf E2.tar.gz

        once its unpacked
        at the command prompt type
        sync, then press enter.
        then
        sync ..

now you need to flash the multiboot config ( from DGS main site )over the top of NLB 9 pC editor, same way as you flash NLB image )
        switch off at the back
switch on while pressing the number 6 key on remote control until you see " multiboot 6 " in LCD.
it should say "wait 3 mins after a short while "
