I have an ISB 2000 TECHNICOLOR (CISCO) IPTV SET TOP BOX that is locked from a previous paid provider.
I need to unlock it so can be used again.
Can someone help with instructions-link etc.on this please as i have done lots of searching on the net but without results so far.
