Ipbox 910 HD stuck on "Booting"

Hello all,

I've just purchased a CubeRevo 3000HD ( Ipbox 910HD ) and the darn thing is stuck at "BOOTING" on the lCD panel and won't respond to anything ! , tried holding the power button then switched it on from the back and no go .. power+up arrow = nothing .

Can't telnet to it either !!

any ideas are appreciated

switch off at the back, press the front power button in for 10 seconds when you also switch on at the back, keep pressed until you see " USB UPGRADE ".

or

format a new stick, make sure you delete partitions , the create new partition and format it. put on it your image usb_upgrade.img, put the USB stick in the box.

switch on the box and hold in the arrow up..
