are you using a DGS based image or Enigma2 ?
if you use Enigma2 , you can install Catseye Channel list from the stickies on here, you will need to download a program called dreamset, that will send all the channels and bouquets to your box.
or a DGS channel list you google DGS settings, and install through a program called " PC Editor " or another way is to download the database then rename it db.dat.edited and FTP to /var then simply reboot the box
