If "blank" doesnt work try pressing the space bar 6 times and then hit Enter.

If the box is connected to the router direct i take it you are using dchp in the communication settings on the Itgate if not it should be ticked ? also is your laptop using wireless conectivity if yes is it working fine ?

If so... go to the communication settings on your itgate and type the ip address that is on the box into your ftp program and the username should be root, password leave blank or space bar 5 times spelling blank, this will depend which ftp programe you are using ? you should now be able to connect wirelessly to the box and transfer files.

Also have a read below about further coverage on connection to itgate Hope that helps.

ITgate TGM220 (swapable tuner), Dreambox 800 pro, Dreambox 500c x 2, DBox, Popbox media player.
