Spiderbox sd5000 problem

Hi,
Is there anyone that could please help?

I have a new spider sd 5000 with gift.
I was told to connect it to my router etc...
I have found the signal, but the gift is scrambled, and one channel no video message.

I am able to pick up some free channels. East 16 degrees for albanian channels is what i should be viewing.
