itgate 220gs passwords?

hi guys....i have this receiver and is broken by underesistance team with enigma cccam 2.01.11 or something like this.....
unfortunatly my man has dissapear and now i don't have the username and password to programing it by another man.He tell me ,that without the codes he can't do anything,so i'm thinking that somehow must reset the old codes and put new...the new man doesn't know how to do this so a little help is wellcome

Just factory reset the box....then change pasword from blank...to lets say itgate.. through itgate control centre

Unless you have changed it try
user = root
pass = itgate
Or leave pass blank and try that................Paul

Here you go mate
code for parentall/setting (Menu) lock.
Press yellow button on remote,
Go to Tuxbox Commander,
Go to /var/tuxbox/config/enigma.
Go to a file called config.
Press 3 to view.
Look for the lines.
i:/elitedvb/pins/parentallock=00000123
i:/elitedvb/pins/setuplock=00000123
These are hex numbers.
Open your Windows calculator in Scientific mode,
Click on Hex,enter the value minus the zeros in front of them,
Click on Dec and that's your pin number.

291 would be the password for above using that method.....passwords are normally 4 digits but hex doesnt accept zeros so enter 0291 as password....open to corrections on this.

p.s if the parental/setup and ftp locks are all activated then your goosed.
