TMG220 not picking up Transponders on Satellite

    Good day

I have a TGM220 to which i recently added the satellite tuner. When i scan for transponders I get nothing. I am directly connected to the lnb and tried the connection on an old Coolsat receiver which worked.

I am using the Edy Nemesis 4.4 and the dish is pointing to 110.0W.

Any suggestions on what I maybe doing wrong ?

If u bought the tuner from the Spanish shop try taking the lid off the itgate and pulling the tuner up slightly , they don't like being pushed all the way in

Thx Millzzy, tried your suggestion. The box seems to only function when the tuner is registering as connected correctly.

I am trying the UKURv9 image now with the satellite pointing to 119.0W. I have the satellite configuration as:
      non-standard user defined configuration
      Echostar 14 (119.0W)
      LOF/L: 11250
      LOF/H: 11250
      Threshold: 11700
      22Khz: Hi/Lo
      Voltage: H/V

      Transponder edit
      Echostar 14 (119.0W)
      Orbital position: 1190 West
      Network Search
      Freq: 12297MHz
      Polarity: vertical
      FEC:Auto
      Symbol Rate: 20000KSymb/s

      I get the following consistently
      SNR 19%
      AGC: 17%
      BER: 0.00 - 5.0e-2

This should be dish USA. It works fully on a coolsat, but not on the Itgate.

Any suggestions as to what the problem could be ?

      Regards
      Kirk

You might have to ftp your local sat xml in var/etc,if your sat your pointing at (119.0) is not in the sat config drop down menu, you can genarate one here.
