tried that image bugsy BUT,not sure what i'm doing wrong,i have changed my cable 200 to a satellite box,so it still has loads of cable software on it,scanned 28.E got all the FTA channels, tried to flash your image on,goes through all the lines scrolling down screen after about 10 mins it says update finished .then in big letters LOADING ERROR,so power off reboot & it goes back to my uruk 7.9 image..i cant manually put cccam on box as not enough room due to all cable & sat files, any ideas, tried 3 different images now.must be something im not doing

Cam should fly onto that image
Its here if you need it shout
Delete the cables XML , if your going to stick with sat
You will have to add CCcam.cfg as well............Paul

        Cccam

tried putting a cccam file in the uruk 7.9 image, put in the folder goto box manual install, but cant see the file,so tried a couple of other cccams, unless i'm trying to load cccams that arent compatible with this image, which is why i thought i might flash a new image & start again, mainly to get rid of all the stuff that was loaded when it was a cable box,

Manually install this one, works perfect for me....use the full.tar.gz.,or even ftp both of them if you like....one works defo.(if youve just changed the tuner to sat do a factory reset first to delete var....thatll dump all the cable info)
Ftp to tmp and install manually and the cam will show up in your cam menu...cccam.config also in var/etc.

Yeah satkings are no more...so server also gone. But you should be able to get cam from EDG server if you have their image on...funny.To gain any access to a server DHCP must be ticked in network settings to get you online.
UKUR 7.9 will be fine tho so just ftp in the cam and manual install and you should be fine...let me know.

cheers freck will give it a go,definately need to get a new image on,all sorts of strange happenings,do i need to do a factory reset then reboot in to flash mode or do i flash then a reset.or doesnt the reset matter when putting new image on------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Still doesnt work but i think i've sussed why i am trying to put a satellite image on a cable box with a sat tuner fitted so i need the TGM220 image, will have to have a look later unless any kind person can upload one....cheers boys

Put you receiver into serial mode(power up and hold the "up" button until boot screen changes),scroll to serial mode and activate, then using the control centre flash with edg image......serial flash with serial cable(9 pin).

Right we are getting somewhere i flashed the image but on reboot it gets up to the point with the edg image on screen, then reboots & just keeps in that loop .quick question that image that andiewill kindly uploaded says TGM220_update.img, could this be an update to the original image ? coz if it is that would explain why it wont boot,as i dont have the original image on,gonna try another flash just in case....will let you know.........................................

right tried EDG tgm220 ver 4.1...4.2....4.4 all so far just go in to a reboot loop, but it will accept the original TGM 220 itgate image....any ideas ?????

FINALLY....got it up & running, will explain once its all sorted,(for those that have converted a cable to a sat box).does the nemesis 4.2 have the option to download Cccam? cant find it anywhere or is it a manual install?
