How to convert from Cable to Sat TGM220

All good things come to an end, so here goes with what is sure to be many questions.

I have fitted the Sat tuner in the TGM220.

Q1 - What image do I need to be able to get FTA Sat Channels.

Q2 - Will this image support motorised disf set up.

Q3 - Does the image have CCAM?

Can replies be in 'simple speak' as I am a of a newbie to the sat scene.

managed to get nemesis v4.4 up and running. I need to ftp a file to the itgate, so that I can access more download options via the blue button. How do I ftp a file to teh itgate?

you need to ftp the extra url into var/etc,...to do this you need a ftp client,...i use core ftp,...alot use dreamup.

Any Itgate image will do but only V8 will connect to the panel

Or do as mept says and install manually via FTP client

have everything set up now i.e. motorised set up for FTA only.

Can the Itgate use 'c lines' through LAN to view you know what. If so, what do i need to do?
