tgm220 remote works on cable tuner but not sat one?

HI guys and girls,havr changed the tuner from cable to sat and now the remote does not work,put the cable tuner back and the remote works,running 7.9,have done a factory reset and still it dont work,any clues?

Put new batteries in it
And check the sensor in the box
May have been moved while fitting the tuner .........Paul

Think i did not have it sitting right in the slot,anyway got it all working now and its nice to have the box working again after it sitting gettting dust.

Hi,what channels can you get on your itgate,does it only work with a sat tuner..thanks

• Itgate cable tuner = Basic cable channles if that.
  
• Itgate Sat thuner = pending dish size, card or cccam or both, a little programming, plus subsciption and the sky could be yours say to speak.
