When they first came out or on the second wave of the box's (210's) they came with a swapable tuner which i believe was a mistake and were a bargin for those peeps who got one, i nearly did and wish i did now.

So some have and some have not.

Depends on what image you have on your box (More info needed) but the latest ur image is version 9, if you want a change of image you can try EDGNemisis.

Personally i would stick to the Ur much nicer looking.
