is there a channel list about for nothern ireland ( 13 e and 28.2 e )

if not what is best program to help me to start one i know it will take a while but am willing to learn as i go

Dont know if there is a channel list for Northern Ireland, maybe someone will post one up for you.

You want the pvr800 or setedit HD100 editors to help you sort out a channel list.
