Hi, the simple answer to no more scrambled channel is to first obviously make sure you have a decent internet speed, second make sure your not downloading etc on your pc if its sharing the same connection, and third only use 1 c:line as more than 1 c:line causes the boxes to freeze when switching from one server to the next, even though the boxes are supposed to support more than 1 c:line they actually dont function properly when using more than 1, so either change to a server that only offers 1 c:line, or tell your provider to give just 1 c:line for access to their main server, and thats it away you go.... providers who offer more than 1 c:line only give you access to each server at separate times, meaning when your logged in to one c:line the previous 1 disconnects for a while and then comes back on in time for the current 1 to disconnect, basically their just trying to keep as much subscribers on all at the same time to make more money. So the best I've found is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxcom they worked fine for me but there are plenty out there just make sure they offer only 1 c:line and if not tell them you want only 1 c:line linked to their main server. All the information provided was given to me direct from the primary software and image installer at Openbox in Beijing China. Also always reboot your modem/router after you get freezing.
