NO SOUND only image on Box S 9 ??

I humbly solicit a suggestion to remedy this setback.
Box S 9 is connected HDMI/HDMI to LED TV screen.

On all HD channels, sound is absent.

Users who have already solved that problem, please publish your advices.

I lose sound if i have to reboot sometimes(on all channels). another reboot does the trick and brings it back.

Is there an option in the settings menu of your TV, which determines how digital HDMI audio is processed?
