Does anyone know if Openbox consider feedback when revising F/W?

I don't know anything about Openbox as a producer apart from that I understand that they are chinese makers.

I wonder if they respond to feedback about the box and any bugs?

If they do I hope that they one day revise the video drivers as whilst I agree that at the price the PQ is excellent I have begun to notice some noise in the image. Also, there is some smearing of the picture during fast scanning scenes such as during football.

I am being picky here but I've seen other boxes revise and improve PQ via improving drivers so I hope this is also the case with the S9.

Having said all that I'm still gobsmacked with what the box does at the price!

Have this and the VU+ duo, both picture qualities are 10/10, do you have it set to 1080i, and whatever Hz your TV is ?

Yes, everything is set up well.

Its just that I've been spoilt by having an Icecrypt S4000 which has phenomenal PQ.

The S9 is fine, just as with all things I'm hoping that they may improve the drivers. I've seen how sky have messed up their boxes in the past and the impact that drivers can have on PQ.

Anyway, the S9 does have good PQ especially at the price.

            Thanks guys, I'm using 1080i 50hz.

Its a good pic its just not in the same league as the Icecrypt, sorry.

Its still a far better box than the Ice though due to its stability in Cccam.
