openbox vol- problem

looking for a bit of help with an openbox s9 .it seems the vol- button on the box itself is faulty it seems to have a life of its own and gets jammed which makes the box unusable as you cant turn up volume or change stations.i have found that if i press the vol- button repeatedly for about 5 or 10 mins it will unjam for awhile but after awhile it will start again.
any help would be greatly appreciated

yeah got in contact with the seller but i made a rookie error and bought private he told me it was perfect when sold and that was that.
advice to all dont buy from private seller

just thought someone here might have had the same problem and hopefully a fix for this problem
