Updateing firmware!?!?!

Hi all , I am trying to update the firmware on this box and when I go to menu/upgrade by USB and in Upgrade Mode I select Image File(*.abs) I can't get it to see the abs file on my memory stick.

Do I have to rename it or anything?

Is it on the root of the stick
ie , not inside a folder

is it seeing the stick at all , you gettin popup box when pluging stick in ?

try re-downloading file , might have been corrupted maybe ?

Yea it was coming up saying USB connected. I've just gave up, got a decent channel list installed and working ok on current firmware.
