How do I backup my channel list on this receiver so I can load new firmware?

First insert a USB Stick into the USB port on the rear of the receiver, then just do the following:
Menu -> Tools -> Dump by USB -> set Dump Mode to Misc Files -> now click on Select and Dump -> finally click option 1 [TP_PROG_dbs] you will see a tick appear next to it, then click the Yellow button to copy the file to your USB Stick.
