HELP with openbox s9

hi wondering if someone could help me i have just been watching a program and a message come up on screen saying event finished and the box went to standby can someone tell me wot this means

Had you a timed recording or were you recording? That's all I can think of

also pal i am new to this everytime i change my channel the box rebots itsself what is the problem please can you help

Load one of the channel lists. These should have the few problem channels taken out that cause the reboot. If you like you can take them out yourself. When the box comes back on from reboot press menu and then go to channel list and delete the problem channel. It's only a few channels I think. Sly sports or sly news I think
