open box flash problem

Hi guyling I am really struggling to add CCcam config on the box, I have connected by usb and tried to uplaod and all it says is
No new account found
I formatted the memory stick fat 32 and copied the .cfg and no luck
please can anyone offer any advise as i am new to these boxes

Have you used the cfg file in anything else? You can also manually add your sealion with the remote through the menu

Thanks for getting back to me,
not used cfg in anything else, used wordpad and the saved as CCconfig.cfg
placed on my usb drive after formatting and then tried to flash upload to openbox
I must be a bit thick because it all sounds so simple so not sure what am missing

Should be CCcam.cfg NOT CCconfig.cfg and NOTEPAD might be better to use.

Sorry meant to say saved as CCcam.cfg
Just wont seem to upload from flash drive

Enter details through remote. Menu/cccam client set up/manage config / select option 1 and then blue to add.

try different usb stick m8 may help.

i am having the same problem but it will only add my server and not other servers
