I just bought my receiver open box s9 hd and. opened the sky news channel and a try change channel and star to make reboot. i try open the menu and starts immediately reboot ..
. try to change channels and then starts to reboot. someone can help me please.

Hi

Switch off box and take sky cable off at back and reboot. Once booted up go i menu and delete the offending channel in your case the sky news channel.

Once deleted switch off reconnect cable and switch box back on and should be fine..... see how you go with that.

Load a channel list from the stickies at the top. They should have all the problem channels removed

Ive uploaded a channel list I did a few days ago in the stickies have a look there, I created it using the May firmware that needs your box to be genuine and not a clone.

Not sure if you can use that list if your box was a clone or if your box has got earlier firmware.....maybe someone can confirm.
