openbox s9 problem and questions

ive just bought a open box s9 pvr it works great but for some problems
1st one is when i press the power button on the top of the remote the box crashes or freezes, ive been told to stop this form happening i had to delete the duplicate channels. ive done that it still does it
2nd problem i what to see what iam watching by pressing info button
it comes up for like a split second and goes, ive tryed changing the osd timer to 10secs but still does stay up for long

i was watching sky action hd the other day and it kept on going off every 10 mins then coming back on
it did this for like 1 hour then stopped and worked fine there after
why did it do that and if it does it again how can i sort

any help on these i will be very greatful

The channel is causing it to reboot not just a duplicate. The channel it is on when its rebooting needs deleting.

The server your on is causing it to freeze /go off
