sound out of sync

Hi just wondering, if anyone knows how to get rid of the lag in sync on some channels, have tried up and down and its seems to go a bit better but not all the time, if not maybe a later firmware might sort it .have seen on a diffrent site it was supposed to be fixed for the s9 on a latest firmware update.

Had same problem but solved by 08/06/2011 S9S10 software. LOad that one
