problems upgrading backlogo on s10

Hi

I have installed 17th June firmware for the s10, which went well,including changing the backlogo to the "openbox" one.However, I have since tried to change the backlogo to one I downloaded from this site, but I cannot A)take the existing one off ("system address error") or B) put another one on ("file not found" error)

Can anyone help?

firmware too old.
I believe they used different addresses back then
