Openbox s10 TP issue

Ive an OB S10 working off a 90cm motoised satellite dish.

When using a TM5200USB the pick up on all transponders is 90%+ and all channels are available.

When using OB, I can only pick up 50% of channells. Most of the TPs seems to be coming in 75%+ but some are not. I have tried all other satellites apart from Astra 2 within range and there seems to be a similar issue.

I'm using the Skybox software C2HS2-11-06-15.

By the way Ive used exactly the same USALS settings on TM & OM and also tried "bumping" using DisEq 1,2 to obtain better reception but with no results.

Any ideas what may be wrong?

Check the transponder frequencies are correct. OB seems to change some by default. Use lyngsat to check

Thanks for this. It has partially solved the problem.

I still have a difficulty that unable to pick up other channells which I am used to picking up on the TM5200USB eg Bulsat on Hellas 2.

Could it be that the tuner on the OB is not as sensitive as the TM tuner?

From my experience with others and reading other foros/threads it may be an intermittent fault with the tuner/faulty tuner rather than its actual sensitivity as I find it personally very sensitive with low value SR's etc.
