Some channels not working

On some channels my signal level drops down to around 45 and channels dnt clear at all , every nw and then u see a slight pixilation . It seems all on the same frequency too

Check transponder frequency is correct on lyngsat

Must be right as it's from a recent channel listing and it's the same transp freq as on my dream box which clears fine

iv also got this problem, my signal level stays around a constant 76%, the freeview channels work fine and the sports channels in hd work fine, but the hd movie channels are just unwatchable, had my vu+ duo on the same sat feed and that never jumped or pixalated at all, what could be the problem. openbox s10 with latest firmware, all help appreciated!

thanks for the heads up m8 ill check my s9 when i get home and report my findings... by the way my s9 is plugged into a td110 dish so signal shouldnt be a issue on 95% of channels. regards mdt

really dont understand it mate, got sky sports hd on here and its never missed a beat, all the sports channels are mint, cracking picture on them by the way, but the movies just dont seem to want to know, picture breakup is horrendous, oops iv just switched it over to sky sports 3 hd there and its barely showing a picture at all, could the box be ~~~~ed do ya think! i know its not the c line im using because its coming from my own server which is rock solid! BAFFLED!

something in these later f/w`s is degrading the signal quality , on old f/w pulled 95% ,new f/w is 70% and lower on exact same dish/cable.
pretty sure all these later firmwares are clone issues (skybox) , seems to be some conflict and degrading of signal quality when using them on original units

Therenis a definate issue as I can't pull a signal in on some channels mainly hd all around the same frequency , but can on other boxes easy

can someone point me in the direction of an earlier firmware that should work fine so i can test it, and yes mine was saying around 74% on all channels except the 1's that wouldnt work at all that were saying around 5-7%, much appreciated!

Check the F plug connection as this can mean a drop in
signal levels if not correctly inserted.

I went to a house last night & his signal had gone off, but when i looked around the back of the box, the sat cable was a bit loose, so i put another F connector on & used some
amalg tape to stop the cable moving & signal is now back on at about 76%.

im getting that signal mate aswell on the normal sd channels and some hd channels, nothing wrong with connector as iv had my vu+ duo working on the same sat feed for months, also tried my 500s last night just to test the feed itself, and both worked flawlessly like i knew they would anyway!

just some of the hd channels mainly movies and sport either show no signal, or about 5-7% signal, iv contacted the seller i bought it from and there giving me a refund once i return box!

can some one help me having big problems with the s9 i,ve posted a few threads on here but dosnt seem to be much help on these boxs,my box is now well playing up just freezing all the time ,the green light is flashing like mad on the front of the box and when u press info twice and get the signal up its going mad up and down and its causing bad freezing ,ive tryed loads of different firmwares by usb and serial port but every one the same,is it ready for the bin or can it be sorted.
