Hi all, first posting, new to all this. Just got a new S10 (Ebay) & I'm unable to get it out of PAL mode. Followed threads in various discussions but got nowhere. Tried a factory reset and it seems to have put it back to the original (S9?) settings, but still no HDMI output. Decided to try a firmware upgrade in the hope that it will now give me an HDMI option. I know it's probably been covered a thousand times but where to go for the firmware?
