Open Box S10 problems with Greek Nova 13e

Hi,

I've got a DM500HD original all set up and working on Greek Nova amongst other services. Just set up a system for a mate on a budget using two sats at 28e and 13e, got the two dishes going in to a DiSEqC switch and into an Openbox S10. I'm getting all channels fine except Greek Nova which comes on and quicking freezes until I change channel and back again. Now I know it's not the clines as I have the same sub on my DM500HD. I know its not the dish as everything else comes though ok on that dish and its not the net connection as all other channels ok.

Can anyone suggest anything I'm missing? I'm going to reflash the software on the box and start again at the weekend if I can't find an answer, it has stumped me!

When I say same sub I mean the same provider but different lines.

nova is experiencing problems at the moment as they try some ecms against hackers and CS operations. Maybe your provider is affected by these measures ?

The same provider works fine on my DM500HD so was thinking it couldn't be to do with the clines.

Maybe the DM500 is better at handling the ECMs than the Openbox!

If anyone else has Nova working let me know, but my next step is to try my DM500HD on his set up with his lines to see if its down to the box or its firmware.

Nova works fine here (openbox s9)

Works here on my s10.

is there any way you can use those cline in another s10?

best is as you say is to probablystart again, factory reset, load latest FW (310711 working here) and reenter settings etc and reload cccam file.

Thanks. At least I know it's possible now. I've put on the latest firmware and rescanned the box. Unfortunately my provider's Sky Italia and Nova seems to be down completely today so will have to try soon. If anyone knows of any really reliable providers for 28e and 13e for the footy please pm me. I would be much obliged.
