Open box s10 Usb Problem

Hello,

I got my open box s10 today and it was going great imtill i wanted to add my ccam information from a usb stick.. i plugged it in and it didnt come up as connected. i used the same usb on the s9 and worked fine? ive tried a 1tb hd aswell same problem. I was going to update firmware then thought i cant because i cant connect a usb can i any help?

Try a different usb stick mate and if it still does not work I would send it back!!!!

had a usb port completely fall apart on a customers box , rather than send it back to far east , i opted to solder a new one in , all fine+dandy now ,
but as above , try with a smaller size usb stick before taking the unit apart
