    No Signal - Every Channel?

    Hey,

Randomly my box stopped working and every channel said 'No Signal' whilst I was watching TV.

The dish is connected and nothing had been changed, any ideas?

    Thanks,

a no signal would usually point to a signal problem from sat dish to box,and bad or scrambled refers to lan problems.
are dish set correctly and not misaligned.

No? That would be scrambled signal?

It's been running fine for weeks, not added any firmware. Started working again and has now stopped again.

So I can't see the dish being misaligned.

I did, how can I test a dead tuner.

I've got a spare box being sent to me on Wednesday to see if the old box is faulty.

Seeing if I can get a refund, these were bought in batch and it's the only one that's gone faulty potentially up to now.

maybe further down the line people might have to use a laptop cooler.

i had this problem a while back, check your coax cable for any bends, with not so very high quality coax cable if the cable as been bent whilst moving to box or so on, it can break inside and i just needed to chop abit off then reconnect with a connector then happy days
